Welcome to the new website, ECSSC 2.0! Please take some time to read the Help area.
I.E.6 users. If you get large blank areas and web site graphics corruption, try scrolling down to the bottom of the page, your article/event is there for you to edit.
Have social networking, sports, gaming or forum websites you want to visit been blocked? Have you lost access to your "must have" webmail while at work? Is IT policy is getting in the way at lunch time?
Do you want access to a Classified Ads? Forums to organise your sports teams or work related social or charity events, especially if they are involve the other employers on Grange Road?
We can help!
(temporarily out of action) Available at ECSSC, a wi-fi hotspot that covers the club premisis, including the bars, classroom and patio areas. If you have a wi-fi capable mobile device or wireless networked laptop, you may sign up and surf, and its free to members. All you need to do is come over when the club is open, and dont forget that essential fuel for surfing the web, coffee. See our menu for food options as well.

Commencing March/April/May (postponed due to ill health), I plan to update the software on this website that provides the calendar, article editor, user profiles, documents, classified ads, messaging, and forums. Things move on, software gets upgraded or obsoleted, bugs get fixed, better alternatives are produced.
Due to the nature of the process, and how this website works under the bonnet, various parts of the website may vanish for unspecified periods of time, and I may need to switch the entire website off to make the major changes.
I am hoping this won't inconvenience anyone, but many of you work in the software industry, so you know what it can be like! |
